A little encouragement goes a long way rather it's with your child/ren or even you!  Learn how to offer encouraging words to anyone that may be having a challenging day.  The good news is, most encouraging statements are brief and to the point but, has significant impact leading to motivation.  We don't offer enough motivation, let's start with YOU and then the kids should be next! Once you develop a routine of offering encouragement this will not become a natural everyday habit.  As an encourager, you will be able to handle tough times better.
