I was telling the Lord that I felt like I was too busy and overwhelmed to record this podcast today. You ever feel just completely overwhelmed? Your to-do list is longer than Santa's in December, and you're like, Lord (this was me this morning), "Help!" And I felt like what he put on my heart was that I need to stay close to him. When you're walking in the light, you walk differently. Don't walk in your busyness. This is what I do, right? So often I meditate on all of the things that I need to do, and I get caught up in it, almost like a tornado of thoughts. And Jesus is saying, no, no, no, no, no. Come and sit in my presence. Sit in the light and I'm going to show you that it's going to be okay.
So, let's read these last couple of verses together as we wrap up our light series this week.
