Episode Details

This week, EJ and Jimmy catch up on the recent happenings around Fort Worth and Texas, including the city's effort to purchase the Pier 1 Building and convert it in to City Hall. They also hit on the 6 finalists for the Police Chief position and the continued issues with inmate deaths at Tarrant County prisons. The main story focuses around the impact we can have on our neighborhoods, especially in the coming year, through the lens of $3 million being invested in to Como, the recent fight by Hemphill corridor residents to postpone rezoning of the area until deeper gentrification effects are studied, and the upcoming redrawing of districts pending the results of the 2020 Census.
