This cocktail is earthy yet refined. Just Like Logan O'Conner.
Ingredients:
-2 ounces red wine (a red blend would be perfect)
-1 1/2 ounces Laird’s straight bottled in bond apple brandy
-1/4 ounce grade B maple syrup
-1/4 ounce lemon juice
-Apple slice for garnish
-Fresh thyme
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake!
Add to cocktail glass with Ice and garnish with a thin apple slice and fresh thyme.
