Recently there has been multiple studies on Lucid Dreams dealing with what causes them and how they are connected to night terrors , night mares , nutrition and meditation . Are we just doing what our ancestors wanted ? Are we prewired to carry out duties from previous ancestors ? Is it a form of ESP ? Can we bring each other into our dreams ?
