In this episode I go over the 5-steps to decluttering any space.  This method will take the stress away, help you relax, and leave you with more space in your home.  The steps are:

  1. Set an alarm/timer
  2. Manifest/Visualize
  3. Take a few deep breaths
  4. Eliminate items from the space
  5. Remove items from your house
