Erik Cabral spent two decades in corporate America as a marketer before having a life-defining moment in his 40s where he discovered real estate.  Erik networked hard, attending every local real estate meetup he could find, often volunteering to set up, take down, and emcee the event.

As a natural result of his volunteering, Erik found himself interviewing - often on Facebook live - highly successful investors.  This lead into his discovery of podcasting and ultimately to building On Air Brands, a global creative agency that partners with businesses to find their brand voice and make lasting connections.
