May 6, 2019 / In addition to the attempted armed robbery of Charles Holden, Keith Davis Jr. was charged with committing several violent crimes against the police officers who shot him on June 7, 2015 -- including "discharging a firearm." But police and prosecutors knew all along that there was no evidence Keith ever fired a gun at police.
