Hello and welcome to another episode of Lexx Education! The comedy/science podcast where comedian Laura Lexx tries to learn science from her non-comedian younger brother Ron.
This week is biology week... a happy where week where usually all is well and good with the world and to make things even happier and safer Laura has bought 30 gel pens.
This week the science siblings get stuck in to viral diseases, pathogens and stuff. Laura gets very hung up for a long time on specifically what a pathogen is, like what physically is it BUT WHAT IS IT?
We look at MRNA and then with more specificity at measles, HIV and the Tobacco Mosaic Virus. Then we finish the episode with Ron telling a tale of some childhood rage. Enjoy!
