Nicolas Biagosch is the founder and CEO of Q Development AG, an entity that supports the building of the Q Blockchain. Nicolas  co-created the original Q Blockchain to bring decentralized governance to the Web3 world. In his work across the crypto ecosystem, he realized that in many situations, code of law had reached its limits. As a result, there were voids prone to centralization, abuse of code, and theft - without much recourse for the humans affected. He has committed to improving the overall governance framework  in Web3 so everyone can use Web3 safely. Apart from working on bringing better governance  to Web3, Nicolas is also a managing partner at Postera Capital GmbH -  a professional advisory firm that focuses on crypto assets and blockchain. He also serves as the CEO of digital haven GmbH - a consultancy company.
