For this week’s episode, we welcomed newly signed NN running team athlete, Marc Scott, to the podcast. We spoke to Marc on the pod previously (EP 10), back in January 2021 when he was training with the Bowerman Track Club. Since then, he’s gone on to run PB’s of 12:57 and 27:10 over 5000 and 10,000m. We chatted with Marc about the improvements he’s made in the last couple of years, as well as his decision to leave Jerry Schumacher and the BTC, in favour of the NN running team and a move to the roads.
