Despite how brave we think we are, many of us will not ask questions of our leadership if we think it puts the spotlight on us, or impacts our reputation, or put our job in jeopardy. As such, we will usually turn to the person who is brave (or crazy) enough to ask those questions.
And that person may be YOU!
They are turning to you because you are PROFESSIONALLY BRAVE! There is nothing wrong will being the 'go to' person but make sure you are NOT being taken advantage of for your bravery.
