NOTE: It seems the noise cancellation tends to vanish some of my words in its effective display of cancelling bg noise, So I apologise for the sudden fading of words like on and get and two etc So, yes, that isn't a vocab or grammatical mistake here, but the noise cancellation at work.
This episode is on the way the government bodies work in my country and probably in all of yours'. They never do their jobs, always make you do their jobs for them, they don't give you the required paperwork and then refuse to produce paperwork on their end asking you to look for it etc...This is the ongoing drama of the utility stores corp owned by the Govt of Pakistan and how they deal with their franchises.
