He has personally invested in long term rentals, mortgage-backed notes, tax liens, apartment syndications, and private equity using both a solo 401K and self-directed Roth IRA. He has worked with thousands of self-directed IRA clients over the past 7+ years to assist them with setting up the “correct” self-directed account and helping them complete investments correctly so they do not encounter issues with the IRS.
