HAPPY NEW YEAR!  Do you forget to remember? I do. It's not easy to remember sometimes the commitments we make. Part of my transformation has been remembering who I want to be. I chose to be Kind, a good listener, and fully present while interacting with others in 2020. I would remember I am kind, I am present and I am a good listener and it transformed the way I interact socially.
