Description
In this episode I talk about my fitness journey and the research I have done. I totally promote an animal based diet and talk about awareness regarding food and nutrition. I also take on a bit of the processed food industry that is hurting us in many ways and ask everyone to steer away from them. I also discuss some bioavailability of nutrients in food items.
