• Look for guys w/character and convictions.
• Find guys who will have your back, and bust your balls.
• Make room for new dudes in the brotherhood.
• Be Vulnerable and authentic.
• Honor the bro code.
• Spend time with the boys.
• Talk about your interests.
• Connect in larger groups
• Break off into smaller groups
• Keep it honest.
• Make the invite!
