The guys were given a lesson on overcoming adversity by Olympic sprinter Justin Gatlin, and rules on dating by reality TV star, “Miss Quad” Webb of Bravo’s ‘Married to Medicine’ fame.

There were also tough conversations on social injustice, COVID-19 in the NFL and its devastating effect on communities of color. But, there was also a lot of fun from nude shots of Takeo to the punches thrown by Tu.
