From the moment he stepped into a commercial kitchen at the age of 14, Dayan Hartill-Law (HOTA, Gold Coast) caught the hospitality bug. After plying his trade in landmark establishments such as Quay, Dinner by Heston, and the Press Club he landed a dream job overseeing multiple food spaces and concepts at one of the most dynamic art gallery venues in the country.
