We all face challenges and adversity in our lives we vow to overcome.  Life is hard for the average person who seemingly has everything going for them. But the moment we suffer a loss, lose a job, or have difficulties in our marriage or with our kids, we begin to feel the anxiety and pressure that surfaces. It is time to take control of your life by being proactive and employing strategies and techniques that will help you start living a fulfilled life. 

A large percent of the population will experience some form of depression during their lifetime. It may be situational, clinical or even seasonal. It is essential that we are prepared with ways to deal with a mental illness often called, "the silent disease.”my face besides feeling suicide is the only answer. Hang in there and I promise situations, circumstances and the challenges of life will pass.If you suffer with a mental illness you can still live a fulfilling life; however, you must constantly fight to keep your symptoms at bay.
