Struggling with sadness and low self esteem? Do you feel alone and overwhelmed?  Are you tired of your mental illness? Are you stressed out? Is your faith waning? Has anxiety turned your life upside and has caused loneliness? Are you worried and fear you will not fulfill your purpose? You are not your mental illness and recognizing you may need help takes courage. I applaud you for taking the first step to help reduce feelings of overwhelm, pain and anxiety.

EPISODE #2- Living with a mental illness causes anxiety and is truly incapacitating. However, once you learn how to manage this silent disease you can live a productive life. This episode talks about upbeat days and staying positive. Even though many sufferers contemplate taking their own lives you can overturn your negative thoughts and emotions. Mental Illness and depression should not be taken lightly and it is imperative that warning signs given by your friends or loved ones are taken seriously. Pay close attention when the sufferer seems to be crying out for help, or they seem fixated about getting closure on an issue or become distant and less communicative. Many depressed individuals feel as though they are a burden to their family and friends because they are stuck in their pain.
