Are you struggling with mental illness? Are you lonely and filled with sadness? Are you worried and fear you will not fulfill your purpose? You are not your mental illness and recognizing you may need help takes courage. I applaud you for taking the first step to help reduce feelings of overwhelm, pain and anxiety.

You can get past guilt, shame and worry.

I will be the first to say that 2020, has been a year filled with pain, uncertainty and self-evaluation. This year I came to realize that the state of race relations in this country is no where near I thought. We might as well be living in 1960's will all of the division in the world.  These uncertain times cause us to reflect and often times feel stress about our circumstances. This episode, "Do Not Wallow In Despair," reminds us that maintaining our mental health is essential to our survival.  We must continue to remain proactive as we weather the storms of life.
