Charlie spent the last 18 months travelling up and down the country learning everything there is to know about this scandal, and he’s come to some conclusions about why it has been neglected in the way that it has. Be warned that this is tough viewing – this isn’t nice, but it is important, and it has been shamefully neglected in the media to date. Charlie is doing his best to change that.
