In Episode 11, I will lead you through a short body scan meditation.  This is a great way for you to check in with your body and see where your energy is at.  It is also a great way for you to check in with yourself in the morning, so you can identify your base line, making it easier to recognize when emotions you may be feeling do not belong to you.  The Mediation begins at about 3:10.
