The recent performance by singer Rhianna during the Superbowl halftime show created a lot of conversation around women working while pregnant. A multitude of comments leaned towards her pregnancy having an affect on her performance. In this episode I discuss pregnancy discrimination, which according to a study by the Pew Research Center, nearly 1 in 4 working mothers say they have faced discrimination on the job because of their pregnancy or parental status.
