The Celtics beat the Detroit Pistons, 127-109 in their final game before the All-Star break to improve to an NBA-best 42-17. Jayson Tatum led the way with 38 points, including a quarter career-high 24 in the third, and Marcus Smart, playing in his first game since January 21st, finished with 9 points and 6 steals in the win.
