In this episode we'll be talking to Stacey, who is both a Psych and Family NP, currently, she manages her own 4 businesses, which include an online tele-pysch clinic and a weight loss telemedicine clinic as well as brick-and-mortar psych and weight loss practices. She's needing assistance consolidating her practices, automating tasks, and scaling her businesses. 

In our conversation we talk about the importance of putting your time and effort into income-generating work over busy work, prioritizing tasks it's the way to success which sometimes mean focusing on one of your business instead of several of them so you're not spread too thin.
