I just ran across one of the most stupid websites I’ve ever seen. Human Resources University and their Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion mission statement. “That’s the very core of our identity. The first priority is ‘Justice for Earth’ statement. We will come to a communal setting with each other and talk about diversity, equality and inclusion. We will recognize our experiences and differences.” What goes on with THAT? But you’re beginning to see how woke and stupid this website is and what they’re teaching. Human resources used to be about finding the best talent to do the best job. Not anymore.
