When's the last time you said I wish I hadn't said that?
Description
When's the last time you said I wish I hadn't said that? Or do I wish I hadn't done that? Sometimes, that's because we're not thinking about what we're doing. A fascinating rule is called the thinking making being the rule. What that means is that if you think about what you're doing and practice doing what you're thinking about, you will become or be that thing. So if you're thinking about being more kind, you start doing more kind items, you'll become more kind. But if you're thinking about how angry you are, you will do more things and become more furious. Such a fascinating rule. So how about practicing thinking about being more kind and practicing being kinder all the time? And then the more you practice being kind, I promise you will be more forgiving in the future. It's a straightforward rule. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
