5:06 What is The AAKOMA and The Mental Wealth Alliance main mission?

8:52 What is going with you Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and getting you in the White house?

12:06: On the Red Table talk Jada introduced you as “a pioneering psychologist who literally wrote the mental health hand book” can you please explain that.

-Life

14:20 Most think that therapy is this long drawn out processes of sitting on a couch and crying about your childhood, which is incorrect. I’m a huge advocate of CBT, (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) can you please explain to us what CBT is?

20:09 How can we trust therapy if it’s subjective?

22:20  How can a therapist or psychiatrist diagnosis someone within one hour from only asking a series of questions; how does that work?

27:18 Can you please explain the difference between these three types of depression? Bi-Polar, Major Depressive Disorder, Persistent Depressive Disorder.

29:42 On The Breakfast Club you spoke about giving Kayne grace, I want to dig deeper into that. If he was having a manic episode, or off his meds to what extend should he be held accountable?

33:45 Can men have Daddy issues?

36:40 On The Red Table Talk you spoke about Trauma bonding, during that episode you said “there is something about the absents of chaos that makes us have to deal with ourselves.” Can you explain that?

39:50 Is therapy always a life time of work? Is it never ending?

41:46 Can you please explain the different levels of alcoholism?

46:44 You once said “medication it’s not a ‘happy pill’, it’s about helping people who are suffering so badly that they can’t even do talk therapy.” Can you please explain that to us?

51:33 INTAKE: How important is INTAKE?  How important is it to surround yourself with the right people, the right foods and right environments?

53:53 How do we make mental health cool? Cause that's what we need. I mean it is trending with young people but I still don’t think it’s cool!

Questions from people who don’t believe in Therapy:

55:21 “I think over time I’ll be able to control my own mind not be affected from whatever is bothering me. I don’t need a stranger giving me tools to change my own mind?””

56:25 “I think it’s too long of a process, I don’t want to dig into what my issues are. I’m not willing to make that kind of commitment; personally, or financially.”

-Love - Let’s get to know Dr. Alfiee you a bit more personally.

57:46 What is it about being a therapist that you love so much? Doesn’t it get exhausting?

58:39 Since you’re a specialist; does this mean you have all the tools and lead a perfect life?
