We've been talking about motivation. And I love this one; it's called internal motivation. You know, it's where we have this internal motivation based on what we want, not because of some outcome; that means that we're focused on the things that we want inside us because it's what we want as a reward, to feel good about ourselves. And this can be all kinds of things. It can be a spiritual walk, it can be losing weight, or it can be because you do want to be an addict anymore. It could be that you want to change some major part of your life, or maybe be a better parent or change your relationship with your spouse, but internally changing something that you want to change on the inside of you because you want to be different. This is the most difficult one because it requires internal strength. Focusing on it takes a lot of power because there isn't always an external reward, and the external reward isn't promised. So this is called internal motivation: the most difficult one but the most powerful one. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
