Back then, there was a lot of talk from companies that diversity in tech was important. Has there been any change? Dave Sobel shares his findings from the latest diversity report conducted by MSP Radio.

With all the reports and statistics, does that mean talking about diversity is easy? Not really. However, Nicole Debourg-Kahn describes how Syncro took on the challenge and created the most diverse leadership team that I have come across in our industry.
