The featured cocktail is the Grilled Citrux Margarita.
Recipe: 

• Tequila (3 ounces) 
• 1 blood orange (2 ounces) 
• 1 grapefruit (1 ounce) 
• 1 lime (1/2 ounce) 
• Agave (1/2 ounce) 
• Ice  
• Citrus salt rim
• Garnish with dried blood orange slice and edible flower
  • Directions: Cut open the blood orange, grapefruit, and lime. Put half of each on the grill open-side down. Allow fruit to char slightly. Remove from the grill, and juice each fruit. Combine Tequila, orange, grapefruit, lime, and agave in a cocktail shaker and shake. Rim glass with citrus-infused salt, and add ice to the glass. Pour the cocktail over ice, and garnish with a dried blood orange slice and edible flower.
