Published 3 years, 1 month ago
Description

Growing up in Malaysia Junda Khoo (Hojiak, Sydney) was surrounded by traditional, scrumptious home-cooked food, often prepared by his late grandmother. At the age of 15 his parents sent him to school in Australia and it lead to university and a career in the banking sector. But the pull of food and his heritage was too strong. Now he’s carving a new path for Malaysian food in Australia – all inspired by his grandmothers cooking.
