In episode 28, I chat with this year's winner of the Long Haul 100. He's come a long way since his first half marathon which was not that long ago. He also bested his previous 100 mile PR by 7ish hours. And most of us would love to have his previous PR!! Kalo Axsom is a great viking name, and not too bad for an ultra-runner as well.
I also share my experience as a spectator at Long Haul and there's a short promo for the inaugural Space Pirate 100 coming up at the end of the month.
