Morning Mantra: "Dear Stress, let's break up."
Stress is self-created. We can decide to stop manufacturing it and the greatest weapon over stress is our ability to choose our thoughts.

Stress is not what happens to us, it's our reaction to what happens.  Therefore, if you can control your reaction, you can control your stress level.

You CAN choose internal calm and joy amid the chaos. It takes practice and there are tools to use.

Tips to stress less:
1) Dance it out. Put on some good music and express yourself through dance.
2) Go for a walk in nature- barefoot if possible. Grounding releases stress.
3) Talk about it then let it go. Don't obsess. Just release it.
4) Breathe, then breathe again, and again, and again.
5) Focus on what you CAN control.
6) Smile.

Stress is not your friend, break up with it.
