He has a long history of leadership and sales in door to door, and has built one of the strongest sales cultures in direct sales. After a few summers in Alarms, Kristian decided to pursue a year round, sustainable opportunity in the Solar industry. Starting out with a small team as a District Manager, recruiting and knocking he lead his team with a mW personally installed in just six months. That small team is now 600 strong, and the original squad has grown into some fine district managers themselves.
