There are many different ways to deliver for your clients within a mastermind structure. There is no guide to follow, no ‘right’ way to do things. That’s why being clear on how YOU want things to flow is key to creating a successful, cohesive journey for your clients.

Today I chat with my amazing online business manager, Nivek Harrison. Niv has been working with me for four years now, and essentially created the behind the scenes for everything within Swift Ventures masterminds.  

Niv is also the CEO of Virtual Chapter, having online business managers and virtual assistants working in some of the biggest and best online businesses. 

We go into detail about how we run our masterminds, including the onboarding process, client experience and the personal touches that keep clients coming back. 

Centering our clients in almost every decision helps us shape the way we run these masterminds. It informs not only how our systems will look, but inspires us to always keep learning, changing and innovating as we progress.
