The State of Mental Health for the Latino Provider: Where are we? Where are we going? Is about the continued struggles that students, schools, parents, and administrators are up against post the Covid-19 pandemic. In this segment we compared and gathered new information supplied by the NATIONAL MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING SURVEY RESULTS (Spring 2022 Hanover). The document was prepared for the Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents (ALAS). Our special guest Mr. Jim Martinez an acting board member for ALAS talked about those survey findings, the continued gaps in education, and the need to have more Latino males rise to support the next best steps.
