This episode celebrates the 2-year anniversary of the podcast! It is also the beginning of Season 3! I don't think I actually said that in the episode. Nevertheless, it is the beginning of Season 3! I share why I started the podcast and what it's all about. I also share two insights I've gained after two years of focusing on increasing laughter and joy.
