We have another edition of the Coach’s corner today and we’re going to do something a little bit different. Last week I was a guest on the Top Fitness Strategies podcast with Andrew Poletto, and today I’m sharing that interview here. 

 

Andrew and I had a great discussion. We talked about the importance of strength training as we get older, the role of cardio for staying healthy, and our thoughts on intermittent fasting, and much more. So without further ado, here’s my interview on the Top Fitness strategies podcast!
