This week’s episode features Phil Moeller. Phil has been investing in several aspects of the real estate industry but has been putting more of his focus on the passive investing side as of late. He is trying to educate himself more around the space by being an active passive investor. Phil has also taken on the goal of trying to educate more people about this space and inviting them to understand the passive investing world more.
