Happy MLK Jr. Day!! We are excited to talk about one of Chicago's hidden gems, the pedway! It's a fun, confusing system that we all love and wonder about. We invited our guest Elizabeth Blasius to try and help make some sense of it. Then we hopped on the redline towards Chinatown to try a new hotpot spot, Shoo Loong Kan! That was a very fun experience.
