The iconic Rubicon Trail is colosed. After what has been deemed an illegal closer done by El Dorado County Parks and Rec. The Board of Supervisors has retroactively approved the closer due to their granted power because of the county’s State of Emergency. Now making the Rubicon Trail is closed for the next 60 to 120 days.
