It's a hard job. I think that's why I love it so much. The mental and physical challenges motivate me. I actually like that fact that is impossible to be perfect on the pitch. You can always improve. I also like that it's a job most people can't or won't do. It's an elite club or committed and passionate people who love the game of football. These are just some of the reasons why I love it.
