In today's episode, I go over two very simple but very powerful questions to guide you in *actually* accomplishing your goals:

1. What version of me accomplishes the outcome I desire? Take time to understand that version of you and show up as that version of you.
2. What does that version of me do to accomplish the results? Then do that because that's who you are.

Once you get a handle on this, you crush your goals. This is so much more than setting goals like you've done for years and years. This is about taking the different actions required to have different outcomes compared to other goals, other years. This is not easy, but it's simple.
