Nobody is completely able to avoid times of grief and sadness.  It is part of the human condition on this earth.  During this show we discuss the importance of understanding how to work your way through these times of grief and sadness.  The key word here is work or action.  We would all like to believe that we could sit back and suddenly feel joy and peace again, but it usually is not that simple.  It takes work!

In this show, Merrill and Linda take on 3 questions that have been coming to them in a variety of different coaching sessions at Rock Solid Families.  These are discussions that hopefully will leave you with a little more insight and actions to begin to help yourself or maybe someone you love.
