Today we meet Ryan Douglas, a sought-out expert on cannabis cultivation. Before launching Canopy Growth's cultivation program, he spent 15 years as a cultivator or flowers and hydroponic vegetables. He went on to start his own consulting company advising others on building and operating cannabis cultivation facilities.
