Description
Day 2 using the structure of Jaime Messina’s book to organize my days and improve my mood and motivation. I’m certainly noticing the difference from being way less strained and stressed. I’m a bit all over the place because I’m not being too rigid with sleep patterns and caffeine intake lately. I’m not as burnt out but still somewhat easily tired from all the new ways of thinking. I’m feeling productive and learning so much. I’m best when I’m left to think and work solo. And I’m not financially strained. I’m working on my patience and health.
