Today we meet Lisa Burke and Paris Caldwell. They are the Director of Retail and Operations for Redi, a Massachusetts dispensary located outside of Boston, and others in the works.
We had a chat about all that goes into operating a dispensary, from the challenges, marketing tactics, brands, tech stack, store design and layout, and their future plans.
